Bfast : Chorizo/scrambled eggs/cheddar in 2 low carb tortillas
Lunch : Romaine salad with spinach, tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, and tunafish

Bfast/Lunch : I made top round steak, pan fried with spices, some fresh spinach drizzled with olive oil and a dash of cheese (just to the point of wilting) and a mahi-mahi fillet. I grazed on this for “breakfast” and lunch. (approx 4pm and 9pm).
Dinner : Low sodium chicken broth – spinach egg drop soup

Breakfast : Was running late for work, so I did Jack in the Box Hearty Bowl , and had them hold the hash brown sticks and white cheese cream sauce. So essentially eggs, sausage, cheese.
Lunch : ginger teriyaki pork stir fry
Drinks : Low carb Monster, 1 diet grape soda, working on killing 40 oz of water.
January 15th, 2011
Breakfast : Scrambled eggs (3) with sausage/cheese, and jalopenos. Cup of Earl Grey tea w/ Splenda and a splash of half & half.
Lunch : 4 pieces pan fried catfish (in olive oil – no bread coating just blackened seasoning) in an okra gumbo.
Dinner : 3 pcs bacon + 3 fried eggs + sliced cucumbers. Its 3am, so breakfast food just feels appropriate.
Drinks : Low Carb Monster (addicted to these<–, Diet Fresca and Diet grape soda). Note to self : Need more water tomorrow.
